Please allow up to 3 business days for your hair order to be processed and 3 business days to receive it by USPS. You will receive a tracking confirmation number once your order has been shipped out so that you will be able to track your package on the carrier’s website.

ATTN: Please keep in mind when ordering our wigs, each wig is custom made per order specification. Manufacturing of custom made units typically can range from 7 to 14 business days for natural black wigs and 14 - 21 business days for hand stitched or processed colored wigs.

CLASS DEPOSITS:
ALL Class deposits are non-refundable. If you MISS or have to RESCHEDULE a group or one on one class a NEW DEPOSIT will be required to reschedule for another date. To reschedule for the 2nd time a FULL PAYMENT will be required.

We will accept returns for bundles ONLY, that were purchased online within 3 days from package received date for Unworn, Undamaged, Unwashed, No scents or odors, No rips or tears, No other signs of being worn/used/opened.

Requests must be made within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase.
*Refunds will be permitted for defected merchandise 7 days from package received date.
Any exchange request after 30 calendar days will not be honored.
We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or processed) in any way.
Product must be exchanged for something of equal or lesser value.
According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that perming, coloring, lifting or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees.
You must send the product back to us in order to process the exchange.
In order to process an exchange the unwanted product would need to be sent back at your expense. We suggest sending through a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or lesser value.
