Service Description

EMAIL ADDRESS: aaluxurylace@gmail.com (Include your full name & order number in email please) Shipping address will be sent once order is approved. **PHOTO REQUIREMENTS 1. Close up photo of HAIRLINE & lace (inside & out) 2. Photo showing actual color of wig ** Depending on the CONDITION of the hairline & the lace, your wig may or may not need a new frontal or closure replacement. I will try to salvage the lace if I can. If not, the there will be an ADDITIONAL FEE to replace the frontal or closure piece. The fee will vary depending on the color, length or wave pattern needed.
Cancellation Policy
*** CLASS DEPOSITS AND REFUND POLICIES *** All sales are final. All $150 Class deposits are non-refundable. If you MISS or have to RESCHEDULE a group or one on one class, a NEW DEPOSIT will be required to reschedule for another date. To reschedule for the second time a FULL PAYMENT will be required. All sales on custom wig orders are final. No refunds will be issued on custom units once wig construction or customization has started. All wigs, frontals and closures need must be dropped off for customizing at least 48 - 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If not, your appointment will be cancelled. Shop address will be sent out 24 hours after booking initial appointment. For all rescheduling, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to appointment time in order to avoid being charged.
