Service Description
RETWIST ONLY. This service includes a retwist, and part clean-up for a crisp, fresh look. We’ll also finish with a nourishing Elixir oil for your scalp. Styles are NOT included in the price and are considered an add-on and include: RE Barrels Half-up, half-down Plaits Two-four strand twists Bantu knots Curls (pipe cleaners, rollers, etc.) Please be sure to select the length of your hair as well below. Service time may vary depending on your hail length & loc size. This service does NOT include shampooing. Please book a shampooing service if you would like hair to be shampooed OR arrive with clean hair at time of appointment. If hair is NOT clean at time of install you will be charged a Shampoo services fee of $40 plus an additional $10 SAME DAY ADD-ON FEE for shampoo service. TEXT 470-504-3102 for shop address.
Cancellation Policy
*** CLASS DEPOSITS AND REFUND POLICIES *** All sales are final. All $150 Class deposits are non-refundable. If you MISS or have to RESCHEDULE a group or one on one class, a NEW DEPOSIT will be required to reschedule for another date. To reschedule for the second time a FULL PAYMENT will be required. All sales on custom wig orders are final. No refunds will be issued on custom units once wig construction or customization has started. All wigs, frontals and closures need must be dropped off for customizing at least 48 - 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If not, your appointment will be cancelled. Shop address will be sent out 24 hours after booking initial appointment. For all rescheduling, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to appointment time in order to avoid being charged.
